When DemonSport.com founder and Olympic sprinter Brian Whittle wanted to launch his new social media network for sport he turned to cobaltink to achieve the kind of coverage that would ensure the platform would get noticed.
And we were happy to deliver on his aims to take the DemonSport.com message to the public.
Working to deliver great results for a modest budget cobaltink ensured that DemonSport appeared on TV, local and business press and in one of the biggest national newspapers in the UK.
The Sun, STV News, The Daily Record, The Herald and local newspaper and business outlets all carried the news of the sports social networking site’s launch with Brian Whittle at the heart of the message.
Here is the TV coverage we secured as part of the launch:
Brian, CEO of Demon Sport, said: “Myrid and her team at cobaltink have been doing an incredible job for the media launch of Demon Sport. Myrid ensured that she completely understood our success criteria and created a PR and Marketing plan that delivered everything we would have hoped for and much more. We gained major traction in national newspapers including a double page spread. Moreover, cobaltink arranged for the launch of Demon Sport to appear as a television news piece!
“Myrid and her team are already planning the next phase of the Demon Sport campaign and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cobaltink for your PR and Marketing campaign.”
Here is a round-up of some of the coverage we achieved for the initial launch of DemonSport.com.
When Scotland’s quality newspaper, The Herald, wanted a respected sport ambassador for their fitness supplement, cobaltink was on hand to ensure that Brian and DemonSport were placed at the heart of the coverage.
On our advice Brian uploaded the exercises that he had prepared for the summer magazine to DemonSport and The Herald was able to exclusively offer video footage of the Olympian explaining the fitness plan he had devised for their readers.
Brian added: “This worked brilliantly for me and for DemonSport and showcased just what the site can do to a larger interested audience who want to find out how to get fitter, DemonSport allowed me to demonstrate the key exercises that I chose to achieve maximum results.”
